CVC Coating Graphite Material
CVC coating graphite material is a new type of graphite material, which is formed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD)of high-purity carbon hydrogen gas (coal gas) on a graphite matrix at 1800 ℃~2000 ℃ under a certain furnace pressure. It has high density (2.20g/cm ³), high purity (impurity content (0.0002%), and anisotropy in thermal, electrical, magnetic, and mechanical properties.
Anti-Oxidation Coating Graphite Material
Anti-oxidation coating graphite material impregnated to resist high temperature oxides. This coating enhances the oxidation resistance of graphite, making it suitable for demanding applications that are frequently exposed to high temperatures and oxidizing environments.The anti-oxidation coating applied to the graphite material forms a protective layer that acts as a barrier against oxygen and other oxidizing agents, effectively preventing the graphite from undergoing oxidation or degradation at high temperatures.

Preparation Methods Of Coating Graphite Material
SPRAYING METHOD:
Mix the graphite powder or colloidal graphite with appropriate binder, sprayed to the substrate surface by spray gun. Then dry and cure it to form a coating. You can widely use it in the field of surface protection of large industrial equipment, such as storage tanks, pipelines, etc.. It can effectively provide protection for large area matrix.
Physical vapor deposition (PVD) method:
In a high vacuum environment, the graphite is evaporated or sputtered. So that its atoms or molecules are deposited on the surface of the substrate and condensed into a coating. This method can accurately control the thickness and quality of the coating. And the binding force between the coating and the substrate is strong.
Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method:
This method decompose the gaseous carbon source at high temperature and under the action of catalyst. And carbon atoms are deposited on the surface of the substrate and react to produce graphite coating. The coating prepared by this method has high quality and good crystallinity, but the equipment is expensive and the process is complicated.
The suspension should be mixed properly with hand or a blender (set on a slow speed) before being applied or mixing water.
Make sure the container is covered properly with the lid after each use to prevent evaporation of water from the suspension.
Mixing of the water should be done slowly and uniformly.
The area on which to be applied should be clean, dry and rid of all grease, oil, paint or lacquer before coating.
Depending upon the room temperature and the humidity level, a coat will take about 10 minutes to dry completely to touch.
In case more than one coat of the suspension is to be applied, wait for the first coat to dry completely before applying the next one.
