Isomolded Graphite Plate

Our company's isostatic graphite plates are made of high-purity graphite materials and processed through a series of strict processes such as molding, baking, graphitization, and isostatic pressing. The product has a dense and uniform structure, ensuring high strength and good thermal stability, and is suitable for use in various process environments.

Our isostatic graphite sheets have been widely used in many industrial fields such as electronic component molds, metallurgical smelting and sintering, chemical pipeline media, etc., and can be used as heat dissipation materials, conductive materials, anti-corrosion materials, sealing materials and other applications. The product has long service life and high cost performance.

1. After the calcined petroleum coke and asphalt coke enter the workshop, they are first crushed in the jaw crusher and lifted to the storage hopper on the second floor of the material preparation floor using a bucket elevator.

2. The 4R grinding mill (improved type) is used for grinding, and the qualified powder will automatically enter the storage hopper on the third floor of the material preparation floor.

3. Set up two electronic scales on the second floor of material preparation. After automatic batching, enter the mixer on the first floor (coal and asphalt are also added from the second floor).

4. Mix in a 1000L electric powerful mixer heated by kerosene.

5. After the mixer discharges the material, use a belt to send the material to a φ400mm hot rolling mill for rolling.

6. The rolled pieces enter the automatic cooler for cooling, and then enter the storage hopper on the second floor through the bucket elevator.

7. Use a 4R grinding mill to grind the powder, and then input it into the silo on the second floor to be pressed.

Each of the above-mentioned processes adopts closed-flow operations, and forced ventilation is used in some exposed parts to prevent contamination.

8. The pressed powder is pre-formed in a mechanical press.

9. Use isostatic press molding.

10. Baking is carried out in a ring-type roasting furnace, heated by hot gas, and installed on the top of the furnace. The stove is environmentally friendly and the volatile part can be fully

combustion, reducing energy consumption. It adopts a 30m high chimney and has an annual production capacity of 4000T.

11. Adopt horizontal impregnation tank, asphalt pressurized type, heated by hot kerosene. The softening point of the impregnating fluid can be changed as required.

12. Graphitization uses a new energy-saving graphitization furnace with power consumption within 3.5KW/kg and an annual production capacity of 3000T.
