Rayon Graphite Felt
RAYON graphite fiber felt is an inorganic fiber product made of graphite as raw material. It has high temperature oxidation resistance and good thermal conductivity. It is woven from man-made fibers. Cut the woven fabric into customized sizes (generally 1M, 1.2M, 1.5M width), put the entire roll of woven fabric into a graphite container, and place the graphite container at high temperature. In the furnace (graphite tube furnace, medium frequency, high frequency induction furnace or other high-temperature furnace with heating form), evacuate the high-temperature furnace or add high-purity inert gas for protection, and heat the high-temperature furnace at a heating rate of 100 to 300°C per hour. to 2200~2500℃, and then naturally cool the high-temperature furnace to 100℃. The graphite felt products produced are extremely rayon graphite felts.

Difference from Pan Graphite Felt

First of all, Rayon graphite felt is woven from rayon fibers. This process creates a soft, stretchy material that is highly resistant to heat and chemicals. .
