Isotatic processing graphite plate use calcined petroleum coke and asphalt coke as the main raw materials.
4R mill (improved version) is used for grinding. Mixing is done in a 1000L electric high-power mixer heated by kerosene. After the mixer is discharged, it is sent to a φ400mm hot rolling mill by belt for rolling.
The rolled piece enters the automatic cooler for cooling. 4R mill is used to grind the powder.
All the above processes are closed-flow operations, and some exposed parts are forced to ventilate to prevent pollution.
The pressed powder is preformed in a mechanical press. Isostatic pressing is used. Roasting uses a ring roasting furnace, which is heated by hot air. The volatile part can be fully burned to reduce energy consumption. A 30m high chimney is used, with an annual production capacity of 4000T. A horizontal impregnation tank is used, asphalt pressurized, and heated by hot kerosene. The softening point of the impregnation liquid can be changed as needed.

Packing method
Our most common packaging method is bubble bags as a protective layer and then packed into cartons or wooden boxes, and labels are affixed to the outer packaging to indicate product specifications, quantity, weight and other information. If you have special packaging requirements, you can ask us.
Finally, in order to facilitate loading and unloading and transportation, we will also put wooden boxes and cartons on pallets, often using standard wooden or plastic pallets, and then fix them with stretch film or strapping. Each package needs to be labeled with product model, specifications, quantity, production date, batch number and other information for inspection and acceptance.
