Control the furnace environment, keep the furnace dry, and avoid moisture and water from entering the crucible. Minimize the concentration of corrosive gases in the furnace.
2. Regularly remove the residue inside the crucible, use soft tools, and avoid scratching with hard objects. Appropriate chemical methods can be used to remove stubborn residues, but avoid using strong acids and alkalis. Regularly check the surface and internal structure of the crucible, and pay attention to cracks, corrosion, deformation and other problems.
3. Use special clamps to carry and load and unload the crucible to avoid impact and falling. Handle it gently during operation to prevent uneven force on the crucible. Pay attention to protecting the surface and avoid knocking and scratching the crucible surface with hard objects, especially the inner surface.
4. If the crucible is found to have serious cracks, corrosion or deformation, it should be replaced in time to avoid accidental damage and safety accidents. Unused crucibles should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture and mechanical damage. Protective covers or packaging can be used for storage.
5. Consider using high-temperature resistant coatings or protective coatings to extend the service life of the crucible, especially when handling certain specific smelting materials, formulate and implement regular maintenance plans, record each use, cleaning and inspection records, and discover and solve problems in a timely manner.
