Graphite heating elements for vacuum furnaces are key components of vacuum furnaces, semiconductor equipment and high-temperature heat treatment systems. They have relatively low costs and common structural shapes include rod-shaped heating elements, plate-shaped heating elements, and cylindrical heating elements. Their performance directly affects the life of the equipment and process stability. Graphite heating elements have high purity stability and high temperature resistance. They are used in various fields due to their high thermal efficiency.

Semiconductor electronics industry, application scenarios: high-purity graphite, precision machining.
Medical and special glass types, high surface finish, long-life design, medical glass such as vaccine bottle production, optical glass such as lens optical fiber.

Graphite heating elements are usually used to melt metal glass.
In steel metallurgy, they are used for chemical reactions in the heat treatment of special steels. They can withstand high temperature oxidation and can usually withstand temperatures above 3000°C. They are not easily oxidized and corroded. This is very beneficial for long-term application in high-temperature harsh environments, military and aviation impact and vibration tests, composite anti-oxidation coatings, intelligent resistance monitoring systems, and photovoltaic (solar) industries.
Finally, when processing the graphite heating element, we will test the finished product to see if there are cracks or deformations, resistance test, temperature distribution test, and whether it meets the standard specifications.
